  I've been a tenant on and off for the last 5 years. Bands and Small Studio Owners near plano need to get a room here.
  
  Guys with a lot of gear like me, have lost or stolen gear, which is why I rented a room in the first place. There is 24 hour surveilance, access control, deadbolts, and its next to a police station. How much more secure can you get with your expensive gear?
