  Been coming here since it was built, I've grown up in this masjid and community. Are there ways it could improve? Yeah of course. Do we need to work on how we staff the masjid and where we invest our resources? Absolutely. This community sorely needs to start looking and investing into the long-term generational future, but it's still my home and my family despite my gripes. There's more to love than there is to hate.

  Continuous bad experience. I agree with brother Bob Emranov posted below. Yes that old white beard guy in the management office still their with the same behavior.
  
  To add some more:
  
  -Management, and people hardly reply when greeting (Salam) them.
  -You have to have a position or connection to utilize the full services that are paid by the community and by your donations.
  -Not the best place to seek consultation.
  -The Islamic character does not exist in most of the management, and staff.
  -Truth Islam is their, but not all applied. It is applied based on some interests.
  -Not the best Islamic representation.
  - Imam suffers their (Usually don't stay long), as he is latched and controlled by management, specially when speaking out the truth.
  -Eventually, they will be reported to higher authorities in the city or state for their unwelcoming behavior as a non profit organization claiming to serve the community to their best.
  -Very nice with non Muslims vs Muslims.
  -No obvious signs of love as they claim, and speak about in their lectures.
  None clean competition, envy, and jealousy is very clear among management, staff, and members.
  - The word brother means a favor.
  - Ask for help, or service, means taking advantage, or you will be looked down.
  - If you pay for a service to support them, it means to them that you may want to take advantage of many other things.
  - The concept of House of God doesn't really apply, there is some ownership there.
  - Standards, layers, and classes is very common. Equality may suffer there.
  
  And so on...
  
  Excluding the low percentage that work faithfully and contribute to this institution.
  
  Before someone acts as a scholar and make a Fatwa on this, The reason for this review, is a hope for change, and hopefully the management understand where they are going to with these manners, and hopefully they recognize the weight, and responsibility of the message they carry after the profit to represent Islam, and call for the perfection of best manners as the profit peace be upon him was called for.

  I have been going here for many years and to other masajid. This masjid extends its help not just to the direct community but to communities on a national and international level as well as other masajid. There are wonderful programs for children, programs directed to adolescents and other productive programs for adults. You can benefit from the Masjid as long as you come with a good intention. The doors of mercy will always be open as long as you are willing to receive them.
