  Beautiful facility, good music, informative sermon but not real deep. Many opportunities to become involved.

  I had high hopes for this place after reading the good reviews online and reading about the church on their website, etc. However, it was not a very warm or welcoming church at all. From nearly getting run over in the parking lot to the nursery staff letting my baby cry it out until his face and body was red all over (which I've never seen him ever cry that bad). He had a mark on his face and they said he bit himself, which I've never seen him do or have happened before either. It kinda felt like they allow anyone to watch children as the girl holding my son (when we went to pick him up) was a young teenager. We also accidentally sat in someone's 'reserved seat', which we didn't know was reserved since we were visiting. The lady who's seat we were in was so rude to us and proceeded to cuss us out -IN- church over a seat. I wanted to leave right then and there. The pastor only read about 3-4 verses of scripture, but I was hoping to get a little more out of the service than just a couple passages. I brought my bible and felt like the odd one out here because I saw nobody around there with one. I don't even think I saw the pastor with his bible at the podium.
  
  We were hoping to find a new church to call home since moving to north Texas, but this place is not it for us.

  I would of thought Chae oaks was gonna be the church I would keep coming to until I wore my jersey and was made fun of in a sarcastic way from a greeting lady in the front door as I walked in.didn't catch her name but she had shoulder length hair and was blonde.all though I hear good things about chase oaks. that is not what I was expecting. especially on my first visit.as I was walking out after service was over she just looked like she was still making fun of the situation.

  Best church ever! I never knew that I could like Contemporary Christian music until attending this church! The staff is extremely friendly and I love the atmosphere.
